- Form protection data: our forms use a bot-protection check (Cloudflare Turnstile) that may process technical signals from your browser to tell people from automated traffic.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data such as health, financial account or government ID numbers. Please do not send them in a form or message. If a project needs such data, we will agree a secure route first.

4) Who we share it with
We share data only with service providers needed to run the website and deliver our work, under appropriate terms:
- Hosting, CDN and security: such as Cloudflare.
- Email delivery and workspace tools: to send form submissions and correspond with you.
- Analytics: Umami, configured to avoid cookies and to limit personal data where possible.

6) How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become projects: up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Client project and billing records: for the period tax and accounting law requires (generally up to 8 years in India), then deleted or anonymised.
- Analytics data: in aggregate or anonymised form, kept as long as it is useful for reporting.
- Access credentials you share with us: removed when the project or support arrangement ends, as set out in our Terms of Service.
7) Client websites we build or maintain
If we configure analytics, forms or other tools on a client’s website, the client decides what is collected and why, and is responsible for their own privacy notice and consent wording. We act as their processor, follow their documented instructions, keep the data confidential, use appropriate security, and delete or return it at the end of the engagement. A data processing addendum can be agreed on request.
8) Your rights
