How We Work: From First Enquiry to Support

How an AstroWeb.dev project runs from start to finish: enquiry, scoping, agreement, build, testing, launch, handover and ongoing support.

Every project at AstroWeb.dev, the Astro services brand of NViewsWEB Digital Solutions Private Limited, follows the same shape. Details change with the service, whether that is a new site, an existing project launch, a WordPress migration or ongoing support, but you should always know what is happening, what we need from you, and what comes next.

1) Enquiry

Send a short message through the contact page or by email. Tell us your site address (if any), what you want to achieve, and any deadline. One short enquiry is enough. We reply with questions, a recommended route and what to expect next.

2) Scoping call

A short call, free of charge, to understand your business, audience, existing site or repository, content, integrations and budget range. We also tell you honestly if Astro is not the right fit.

3) Estimate and proposal

Within a few working days we send a written estimate covering scope, what is and is not included, deliverables, timeline, revision rounds, price in US dollars or Indian rupees, and the payment schedule. The prices on our pricing page are starting points; the proposal gives the real figure. Work outside the scope is handled as a change request, never as a surprise.

4) Agreement and advance

When you accept the proposal and pay the advance, the work is confirmed and your slot is reserved. The proposal, our Terms of Service and our Cancellation and Refund Policy apply. We set up a shared channel, agree a single approver on your side, and collect access.

5) Plan

Before design and build begin we agree:

  • Pages and templates: what exists, what is new, what is retired.
  • Content: who writes it, what moves across, what format it arrives in.
  • Integrations: forms and email delivery, analytics and consent, search, payments, CMS.
  • Platform: Cloudflare, Vercel, a managed VPS or another host, chosen after discovery rather than from habit.
  • For migrations: a full URL inventory, a redirect map and a replacement plan for each plugin.

6) Build

We build in Astro with clean components, fast pages and a security-minded setup, including headers and a content security policy where they fit. Source code is kept in a repository in your name. You see progress on a preview link at agreed points, so there are no big reveals at the end. We use modern tools, including AI-assisted ones, and a person reviews everything that ships.

7) Review and revisions

You review on the preview and send consolidated feedback. We apply it within the agreed number of revision rounds. Clear, grouped feedback from one approver keeps the project quick.

8) Testing

Before launch we check, on a staging copy:

  • links, redirects and metadata;
  • forms, spam protection and email delivery;
  • layouts on desktop and mobile;
  • accessibility basics and page performance;
  • analytics and consent working as agreed.

9) Launch

Go-live is a planned window, not a rush. For migrations the new site is built alongside the old one, then DNS is switched while the old site stays available for rollback. We monitor after launch and fix defects during the post-launch fix period set out in the Terms.

10) Handover

You receive:

  • source code and repository access in your name;
  • hosting, domain and third-party accounts set up in your name;
  • written documentation: how it is built, deployed and updated;
  • a walkthrough or short training for the people who will edit content;
  • a list of what needs renewing and when, such as domains and certificates.

Final payment is due before handover, as set out in the proposal.

11) Support after launch

A site that nobody looks after drifts. Optional support covers uptime monitoring, Astro and dependency upgrades, security patching, fixes and content help, from one-time assistance to an ongoing arrangement. The scope, response times and what is billed separately are agreed in writing. See website maintenance and support.

What we ask of you

  • A single point of contact who can approve work.
  • Content, brand assets and access on the dates we agree.
  • Consolidated feedback within a few working days of each review.
  • Prompt payment against the agreed schedule.

What we promise

  • A written scope and estimate before work begins.
  • Source code and accounts in your name.
  • Honest claims: we do not promise search rankings or performance scores.
  • A rollback path for launches and upgrades.
  • Plain-language updates, and a person who answers.
